Refund or Extension of Service Period Policy
All Services sold on the Platform are covered under the CIDB EXPATRATE Return Policy which is subject to the Services sold (“Return Policy”). The Buyer may initiate the Refund or Extension of Service Period process by communicating with CIDB EXPATRATE through the Platform. Details of the Return Policy for each Service can be found in the User Guide Manual which can be downloaded from the CIDB Holdings Sdn Bhd website.
The Buyer may, by contacting CIDB EXPATRATE, apply for a Service Extension purchased to CIDB EXPATRATE in exchange for a refund. Buyer must ensure that the Services purchased are accessible within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to Buyer. If the Service is damaged or interrupted, please contact CIDB EXPATRATE within 48 hours for notification of an extension of the service period or claim process.
Buyers can only apply for an extension of the Service period purchased in the following circumstances:
- a) Services delivered to the Buyer are damaged or interrupted due to CIDB EXPATRATE;
- b) other conditions as determined by CIDB EXPATRATE on the Platform.
Applications for refunds & Purchased Services may also be subject to additional terms and conditions as determined by CIDB EXPATRATE. Please contact esicw@cidbh.com.my for more information.
